I have been so blessed to be living on this magical island, Salt spring in the Salish sea. This island energizes me a lot, I feel deep gtatitude to be here everyday. I enjoy walking barefoot in the forest, connecting with the Earth, harvesting wild and medicinal plants, and creating medicines.  I'm realizing that we have been gifted this physical experiences - so much nourishment and healing power offered by the Earth. This island and the plants made me aware that the infinite learning journey, happiness and joy we co-create through this plane is incredible.
